Position Summary

At REAL Dev, we are redefining the landscape of corporate real estate through cutting-edge AI technology and strategic innovation. We are seeking an early executive to join our team as the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate Strategy. This leadership role offers high growth potential and competitive compensation. The ideal candidate will start in a hands-on capacity with the opportunity to build and lead a team within the first few months. This role demands a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the corporate real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in real estate strategy, exceptional relationship management skills, and expertise in driving business growth through innovative real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initially a hands-on role with a focus on strategic execution, evolving into building and leading a dedicated team to support our growth trajectory.
  • Drive strategic client relationships and executive engagements, leveraging your sales experience to foster product adoption, growth, and high-level partnerships.
  • Drive high-level partnerships and maximize growth potential for REAL Dev's clients.
  • Craft short-term and long-term strategic visions for corporate real estate, securing new deals and enhancing customer investment.
  • Utilize extensive experience in enterprise sales and selling at the executive level.
  • Implement enterprise software solutions in a SaaS environment and excel in cross-team coordination and relationship management.
  • Apply creative and strategic thinking to sell transformational real estate solutions and manage complex customer needs.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and real estate strategies for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, with an ability to start in a hands-on role and transition to a team leadership position.

  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating enterprise deals and partnerships, particularly at the executive level.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, with a focus on Real Estate, Business, or related fields.

  • Strong background in managing large-scale business transformations, particularly in corporate real estate strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and a collaborative leadership style.
