The physical world runs enterprise. Stores, clinics, branches, plants, and offices are where revenue is earned and where most operating cost is spent, yet the systems that manage them still rely on spreadsheets, disconnected documents, and manual review. The information exists. It is simply trapped in formats no one has had the capacity to read at scale.
REAL exists to close that gap. We build AI agents that read the leases, invoices, and records a portfolio already generates, then act on them with the judgment of a specialist who has seen every site. The goal is a portfolio that understands itself, so every decision about physical presence is grounded in evidence rather than guesswork.
Why we built REAL
We built and scaled enterprise software for two decades, most recently helping take ZoomInfo from a private company to a public one serving tens of thousands of customers. That experience taught us how much value is lost when critical work depends on manual processes, disconnected teams, and information spread across too many systems. Even strong organizations move slower when people spend their time chasing inputs, aligning stakeholders, and piecing together the context they need to act.
In enterprise real estate, that challenge is everywhere. The information teams need already exists across leases, statements, invoices, documents, and operational systems, but turning it into action still requires too much manual effort. We started REAL to change that. REAL gives real estate teams intelligent AI capabilities that bring the right information together, complete the repetitive work, and help people make faster, better decisions across the portfolio.
The Founding Team
Hila leads REAL's mission to transform how enterprise real estate teams manage data, documents, and decisions through AI. A seasoned operator with a track record of building products customers love, she brings a rare combination of financial rigor, product instinct, and marketing expertise to everything she builds.
Before founding REAL, Hila spent over twelve years at ZoomInfo, joining as Vice President of Marketing and rising to Chief Marketing & Product Officer. In that role, she led the company's marketing and product organizations through its growth into a publicly traded company serving more than 30,000 customers. Prior to ZoomInfo, she held financial leadership roles at Brooks-Keret and Giza Singer Even, Israel's largest investment banking firm, where she advised major public and private companies.
She holds a CPA designation and a degree from Bar-Ilan University. Hila currently serves as a Board Member at NinjaOne.
Nir leads the technological vision behind REAL's AI-driven platform for real estate. With a career defined by building high-impact products from the ground up, he brings deep expertise in distributed systems, AI, and scalable software architecture.
Prior to founding REAL, Nir served as CTO of ZoomInfo for over seven years, where he oversaw a global engineering organization and drove the company's product roadmap and technical strategy. His earlier work includes co-founding ONDiGO, a mobile CRM platform that was acquired by Gong.
He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

It ingests leases, CAM statements, invoices, blueprints, tax and insurance documents, and operational data across every location, gives your team one queryable view, and deploys agents that act on it across leasing, facilities, construction, tax, insurance, and portfolio strategy.
Large multi-location enterprises with complex physical portfolios, from a few hundred locations to several thousand. The common thread is a footprint big enough that managing it location by location leaves money on the table. REAL’s customers include some of the most complex physical portfolios in the US, including CVS Health and The Aspen Group.
Legacy lease and property systems, like IBM TRIRIGA, Yardi, MRI, or Lucernex, were designed to store data, and most predate AI, so their value sits behind multi-click workflows and documents the system cannot read. REAL is built to read those documents, connect every domain into one record, and act, and it runs on top of the systems you already own rather than replacing them. The agents share context, so the more of them that work in a portfolio, the stronger each one’s view of it becomes.
No. A wrapper is a thin prompt around someone else’s model, and when the model is the product you have no product, because everyone rents the same model. REAL is the opposite shape: the model is a commodity we rent and can swap, and the defensible part is the system built for commercial real estate around it. That system is the data model, retrieval, memory, CRE-specific tools, verification, and the evaluation discipline behind them, all tuned to leases, CAM, taxes, drawings, and accounting. It improves through methodology rather than through a bigger model, and it is the part a competitor cannot rent. The model is the chip; the system around it is the company.
