A tenant's agreement that its lease is junior in priority to a lender's mortgage, meaning the lender can extinguish the lease in a foreclosure.

Landlords almost always require it; lenders insist on it. Tenants grant it but should condition it on a non-disturbance agreement so their leasehold is protected if the landlord defaults on the loan.
